The level 12 spell in Deathsight necromancer line (puissance vacuum) returns the same amount of power as the level 7 one (efficacy vaccum)
1. Reach lvl12 with a necro, trained in deathsight
2. cast level 12 spell and note the power return
3. cast level 7 spell and note the power return (both are 13, sometime 14)
powerdrain spells (vaccum spells) returns 50% power according to class library
