0801: Staff is not losing con

Description

I used a purple staff starting from level 8 till level 16 (now red) in all this time the staff did not lose any con (was using casts and focus on pet all the time)

Reproduction Steps

1. equip a caster weapon
2. cast all the time
3. check the con of the equiped weapon (should be still 100)

Intended Behavior

Please implement correct scuff of items when casting

Evidence

I could add a screenshot of the item, but since this will not proof that I used it all the time this will not help. Furthermore a vid would be to long...sorry
