General Chat not working outside primary cities. I.E. General Chat works in Camelot, but not Camelot Hills
1. Use general chat in Camelot.
2. General Chat does not work in Camelot Hills / other areas.

Re-establish general chat for the zones outside of the main cities. Not necessarily game-wide chat, but at least chat with the players im in-zone with.
Evidence is myself testing the zones, as well as guild members confirming that general chat is not working outside of Camelot. I am uncertain as to if this effects Mid / Hib, but the game feels completely dead without at least some sort of general chat.
