0811: I cannot seem to get into or leave TNN North or East Gates

Description

I cannot enter TNN North Gate or East Gate except when aided by a GM.

Reproduction Steps

1.I'm not sure what i did to cause this to happen to me but it did.

Intended Behavior

I was able to phase into and out earlier but the last things i did was binded inside TNN by the east gate healer and picked up a quest that is also bugged not sure if that was what is causing this to happen or not. The name of the quest is Lysagh's Problem a Lv 17 quest.
