Killing the Target NPC, Pixie Queen, for the encounter has no results. I killed twice the NPC at the correct location and there was no encounter update.
The Quest is 'Stolen Spells' at Level 17, Quest Giver is Vadri Pade in Camelot.

Also, the Mob does not move and fight with you or your pet.
1. Accept the Quest and complete the first two steps
2. At Step 3 you have to kill the NPC, so go to the NPC location (41k 60k, Campacorentin Forest)
3. Kill the mob
4. Look at the result, you should get a quest item, Purple Spell Scroll, but you didnt get it.
The target NPC should give quest update when killed.
The quest doesn't complete once the mob is killed therefor its a bug.
