Cold Light (Mid, Uppland, just outside of Svasud Faste) don't attack back when engaged. The problem seems to be related to their ability to cast spell, when they stop for casting, they don't do anything. I have encountered this bug against other mobs that cast (e.g. Weeping willows). Other players have seen this against envy drakelings, which cast too.
Maybe the whole mob casting feature has to be reviewd.
1. Go to cold light spot in Uppland (just outside of Svasud faste, on the left)
2. Pull cold light
3. See their behavior
All mobs should fight back when engaged, regardless they can cast or no
