The starting necromancer trainer Disciple Suzok does not give a starting quest.
1. Make a necromancer.
2. Talk to Disciple Suzok standing infront of you.
3. Notice he has no quest.
Give him a starting quest for new necromancers to take.
Not sure if it is indeed a bug or working as intended.
