The wandering filidhs used to tell you where you can obtain quests but here they dont. i examined filidh mairtin, medyr and morven. none of them would even listen to me.
1. find one of the three filidhs
2. watch him ignoring you
Give the filidhs a tablet with a quest database, so they can direct you to the next questgiver and order them to talk to common people.
