I was unable to clic "accept the gift from Tyr" from the trainer discussion window.
1. Create a Viking
2. Lvl up to 5
3. Speak to Warrior trainer
Dialog seems broken so it is impossible to receive the gift
Made an other character who get a gift at lvl 5, was grouped with someone who got a weapon at lvl 5, guild chat confirmed that warrior gift is bugged
