Xp solo is fater then xp in grp. Think we need a xp bonus when fg and ppl go form group. Xp with lower lvl is uselless too and its bad to form group too.
1. xp solo faster then xp in grp
2. difference lvl to form group make hard way to xp

maybe a bonus xp when we are in fg and people go make fg for xp
all solo class xp faster then class who need to group and its bad for the serv
