Mithra's Tomb: The pillar at loc: 20978, 24666, 15519. (Broken promise room)
You can run into the pillar, turn toward the wall and fall through the floor.
Once you fall through after a short time you will port to your bind spot.
1. Run at corner (where pillar and the wall meet)
2. While character is running in place turn quickly to the left (facing wall)
3. You will clip through a hole in the floor
I don't know the specifics; but if you can't fix the hole, falling in it should kill you to minimize abuse (free fast travel v. paying for con loss).
A member of my group fell through the hole on accident so I reproduced what he did and also fell through it.
