0894: Merchant weapons showing effective damage as 0.0

Description

Whenever I buy a new weap (or want to know if my current weap is getting old) I allways check Effective Damage before I buy anything. This unfortunately shows 0.0 damage on all weapons as long as they are on the merchant. You can't see effective damage before you bought the weapon.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to a merchant
2. right click a weapon, press 'Info'
3. Check Effective Damage

Intended Behavior

The weapons should show the damage that is intended in Effective Damage, so that you have an idea og how hard it hits before you buy it

Evidence

i'm pretty convinced that this must be a bugg. How would you not want ppl to know the damage on the weapons they bought from npcs?
