Description

Bought a smith, tried to sell back, won't sell back.

Bought an apprentice merchant, didn't respond upon clicking on him. Sell back was half the price.

Reproduction Steps

1. Could only find documentation from Uthgard's site discussing housing from the previous version of housing.
2. found at http://www.uthgard.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=3260
3.

Intended Behavior

"Shop: Here a list of normal furniture will appear, to get your house more comfortable. You can buy and sell those furniture for 100% of the price. To place things drag them of your inventory, with shift + right click you can turn things around, a popup-menu will appear. You can also put images of shields and weapons on the wall and trophys too."

I remember seeing that all NPC's bought in housing were able to sell back at 100 %. If they aren't anymore can we get an updated guide for Uthgard housing?

Also, the apprentrice merchant should sell crafting materials for the 4 main crafts (not SC or Alch).

Evidence

Although I was not able to find evidence of sell back value for npc's, on the uthgard site http://www.uthgard.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=3260, describes sellback value of furniture being at 100%.
Typically all housing components including npc's AND houses have been treated as 100 % sellback value.

Also, the npc apprentice merchant isn't offering crafting materials, which it should.
