I'm a member of TNN adventurers. sinve today we are in an alliance
I'm rank 9 and according /gc ranks rank 9 is not allowed to hear or speak in /as
I can see /as

Reproduction Steps

1. become member of TNN adventurers
2. check you right with /gc ranks
3. see the alliance chat

Intended Behavior

i dont have the right to hear alliance chat, so the alliance should not be shown to me
