Just got done with the epic quest for cleric called : Departed fellowship and the Hammer of judgement ( smite ) you cant pick from the trainer, i had to pick the Hammer of faithful might ( enchantment )
1. Talk to trainer
2. Try and pick Hammer of judgement
3. ..
make more room in the quest box where you pick what item you want from the trainer, might help
Just finshed the quest my self, and checked with alakazam that the hammer do exist, and it even was in the dialog box to pick but did not work
