There was a person who was trolling in the starter guild. I tried to add to my ignore list by typeing /ignore <name> It said he was successfully added to my ignore list, but I could still see what he was typing in guild.
1. Type /ignore <playername>
2. have that player talk in guild
3. see that you can still see what he is typing
A player who is on your ignore list should not be seen in any chat channel.
I did not take a chat log, but this is super easy to test and verify it is indeed a bug. Just create a new character and ignore someone who is talking in /gu.
