The Skald snare is designed wrong, if the target resists the spell it does not go on recast timer (which is normally 30seconds).
1. Create a skald
2. Train battlesongs
3. find mob and cast instant snare
4. if it resists, keep pressing until you can hit it.
When casting the instant, the spell should go on timer immediately, not reset until it hits.
