0950: Keltoi Humanoids continue to cast when stunned.

Description

When you cast stun (minstrel) onto a humanoid mob within Keltoi whilst they are casting a spell (generally a DoT) they will become stunned (animation will stop). However a few seconds later the spell will be cast. This happens even if they are being attacked at the time.

Tested with 'Keltoi Initiate' & 'Gwern' several times.

Other interrupts will correctly stop the casting (such as DDs or weapon attack).

Reproduction Steps

1. Level a minstrel to 23.
2. Attack a 'Keltoi Initiate'
3. Wait until 'Keltoi Initiate' begins to cast spell.
4. Before interrupting mob with DD or weapon attack, stun the mob with shout.
5. Continue to attack mob with weapon.
6. Notice how the DoT being cast on you still occurs.

Intended Behavior

Stun should interrupt casting of any spell or ability which should then need to be recast from the beginning.

Evidence

I have no referenceable evidence that this is not the expected behaviour. However i'm sure it is incorrect.
