On Uthgard, the Portal Ceremony at the Border Keeps currently occurs every ~2:30
The Portal Ceremony at the Border Keeps should occur every 10 minutes, as per the Old Frontiers 1.65 era setting.
1. Go to your Realm's Border Keep
2. Stand on the teleporation pad
3. note that the teleportation ceremony occurs approximately every 2:30
The teleportation NPCs should perform the ceremony every 10 minutes
Following is an edited chat.log from Dec 2003 / Jan 2004. You can see some chunks where I miss multiple ports in a row, and there's about a 9:50 delay between them.
