upon zoning into jordheim my speed was down for 10 minutes.
lvl 21 skald using level 13 speed "song of travel"
this has happened twice now, first time it was down for 1 minute, reported it but didn't submit a issue tracker. happened again for 10 minutes
1. have speed already up
2. zone into jord
3. that's all
my speed should not be on a cool down upon zoning into jordheim
i mean it's pretty obvious. if the spell has 8 seconds recast time after zoning it should not be a minute or 10.
