I was at step #7 of the Cad Goddeau epic quest and sold the quest item named "Bas' Jewel" by error. I'm not able to continue the quest
1. Do Cad Goddeau quest at step #7
2. Sell the Bas' Jewel
3. You can't continue the quest because you can't give the item to the Old Hermit
You have to make the "Bas' Jewel" unsellable to prevent this error
no sources sorry
But I think every quest item should unselable, undropable, unsharable
