0990: Bitten Staff Needletooth Devourer drop incorrect class

Description

Bitten Staff drop from the Needletooth Devourers incorrectly assigned for use by Wizards (correct) and Sorcerer (incorrect)

Reproduction Steps

1. Check needletooth Devourer drop table
2. Check stats on Bitten Staff
3. Compare against supplied link

Intended Behavior

The staff is 50 focus cold/ice which is of no use to sorcerer and should be usable/classified for use by Wizards (currently correct) and Theurgists (instead of Sorcerer, currently incorrect) as shown below:

Basically class classification should be changed from Sorcerer to Theurgist.
