I've run into an issue where the same type of poisons won't stack with one another. I believe it is caused by purchasing them from different vendors but I'm not 100% sure of that.
1. Go to a poison merchant and buy any poison
2. Go to a 2nd poison merchant and buy the same poison
3. See if you are able to stack them
Just make the same type of poison stack with itself.
The reason I believe this is a bug is that I have never seen it happen in DAoC before. I don't have any screenshots, sorry.
