Was looking for the quest Morana's Tunic. Was sure it was implemented on uth v1.
1. Go to Gna Faste top of guard tower
2. Talk to Sentry Dwarn
3. Do not get quest
im not too sure if this quest existed at the aimed patch level but it might be something worth looking into.
