Randomly get messages that I am unable to cast a spell for 1700+ seconds.
Using quickcast fixes it temporarily.
1. Try to cast a spell
2. Notice the message show up
3. Use quickcast or relog to fix it
Check spell casting code? It happens for several caster classes on Albion so far.
I do not have a screenshot yet, but it has happened to me and others in my guild during the first day of relaunch.
