Skald Speed lvl3 is not working if you go from Mularn to Vasudheim or back. The Simple song of Travel will disabled for 20 minutes!
1. Run Skald Speed lvl3
2. Go from Mularn to Vasudheim, via Jordheim
3. Speed will be disabled for 20min.
Speed Song Skald, has no timer. Remove the 20minutes timer, Skald Speed is instant.
This is a bug. The lvl3 Skald Speed is instant and has no timer. It's not an RA :)
