Skald is getting random 5m recast delays on Shouts. Example for me. I exited Jordheim with my speed on and when I appeared in Vashuheim I had a 5 min recast timer on my speed.
1. Had speed on
2. Exited Jordheim
3. Appeared outside Jordheim
Fix the delay timer on recast. I'm not sure what is casusing it so it needs to be investigated.
In game multiple people are experiencing this situation.
