Crafting merchants are not available to purchase and place on house hookpoints.
1. Purchase house.
2. Activate hookpoints and try to purchase crafting merchant
3.
Crafting merchants should be implemented so that you can craft any tiers of any material in housing per 1.65.
Housing had merchants available in houses for all tiers of crafting since the implementation of the zone.
