While engaged in PvE for leveling, when attacked by a member of an enemy realm, the consequences for a PvE death and incurred (constitution loss).
1. Fight a monster in the frontiers
2. While engaged in combat with the monster, be attacked by an enemy player
3. Observe following death consequences
When substantial damage is taken by an enemy player during PvE combat, there should be no constitution loss just like a strictly RvR death.

This screenshot shows that I was engaged in combat with a death stalker in Forest Sauvage. I was then attacked by Morsiu, an Enchanter, who did 1171 damage and immediately killed my necroservant. The killing blow to my character was then made by the death stalker, and this was erroneously treated as a PvE death.
