Tireles 1 when moving gives 1 end every 10 seconds ( at least thats what i get when i count ) you get a tick every 10 seconds when moving and if you stand still you get a tick every second .. and thats not normal .. it should give 1 end every second moving standing or being in combat it doesnt matter .
1. make a lvl 20 melee
2. train tireles 1
3. sprint and use your end up to 90% ( which is 90 amount) and then stand still check your end regen it will go 91 92 93 94 every second ..and then start moving around normaly and you ll see you count 10 seconds until you get a +1 end tick .
it should give 1 end every second moving or standing still or being in combat it doesnt matter .
The RA its self tells that it gives 1 end at tireles 1 , which means it should give 1 end all the time ..moving , standing or being in combat .. at the moment it ticks corectly end only when standing still.
