The haste debuff spell ( Obstruct Spirit ) from healers, does not aggro mobs. When you cast it on a mob you see the effect, but the mob doesnt get pulled.
1. Make a healer
2. Spec pac
3. Try to pull a mob using the haste debuff spell
The spell should work for pulling mobs, but it doesnt.
