also in hessen gibts den kram meines wissens nicht als pflicht (sieht aus wie der EU führerschein, angeblich kann man damit auch "sicher" transaktionen machen :D)

und beim reisepass kommt man ohne biometrisches fingerabdruck nit drumrum
