Problem beim Einloggen - Es gehen nur noch die kleinen Chars

Mit den Chars, die über 20 sind, fliegt er automatisch aus dem Spiel. Er hat mir seine Accountdaten anvertraut, dass ich es auch mal teste. Bei mir klappt es ohne Probleme. Weiß wer von Euch, voran es evtl. liegen kann? Ich danke jetzt schon für die Hilfe. Lieben Gruß
