I think he's selling the actual template and not the "template report" of how to build it.
Most likely he just posted the report so who ever is interested, to know exactly what the template offers, caps and what not.

I don't think there's an actual reason to post the entire report with jewel pieces etc, since nothing can be altered anymore.

This is my assumption and by no means I know this person or speak for his behalf.

Yeah, i read it same way. But if his config of items and they are easy to get solo i would be willing to pay for it. For thouse stats included my questions aint easy to make

Weird tho selling template reports to your fellow realm and class mates...

everybody can easily make this with the posts from templates, but honestly 6% spirit who wants to run like this

If you can easy make his template with that stats and show it with melee/ranged im more than happy to see it.

why try to press money out of something like this?
you seem to have a farm char, so money isn't a issue for you anyway. even at the already inflated prices in Albion.

1) Yes you can max everything if you go all MP armor/weapons, however you need the best jwlry in the game to max everything.
2) No, only +11 inst at all times.
3) Yes and no, just change +slash to +thrust.
4) Make me an offer for the template if you wish.
5) The jwlry is cheap and not the 5+ plat jwlry in housing.
6) Hits/con do not drop when swapping weapon/inst
7) Max charisma at all times.
