ATing slash to 77 (didn't bother with chants, don't care, it's my first char).

Going slash as well.

After 48 chants, 42 shield, and 29 slash, I have the option of dumping points further into slash, shield to 50, or into parry?

What are some suggestions?

What benefits other than unlocking styles does dumping points into slash have? Lower damage variance? More accuracy?

How good is putting points into parry overall?

Is the increase from blocking from 42 - 50 worth it?

most people think composite 39 slash 42 chants 42 shield (i think thats the build) then as you get up the rr's reduce slash down and increase shield / chants for the final slam (also use numb as an opener if they purge it then use slam)

My plans are 46 chants 44 slash 42 shield...... 3 parry

I played this since the beginning of DAoC and it goes without AT

or maybe 48 chants 39 slash 42 shield..... 15 parry also without AT

You could also AT slash until 20 and have a few points to put into 2h, just for the backstyle, for the fun of it and not anything serious.

48 chants 39 slash 42 shield That's what I went with the extras in Parry. Considering Paly is mostly for PVE, or atleast more so desired for PVE. 48 Chants is nice for the Fire Resistance. Plus, I don't think its really worth the extra Parry over the Chants.
