Hi If you are a scout under 35 no matter what level your fletching is you can not make footed flight arrows.

Therefore when you go out to level you will have to pack your inventory full of arrows (which by the way cost double what you can

make them for) I like to have the materials heartwood boards , alloy bars and phoenix feathers in stacks. Takes less space and I

can make what type i need for where i am hunting.

This is a bug . I have put it in the issue tracker. If you have this problem and want it fixed

go to the issue tracker . Fletching gives wrong arrows #4869
