I dont think a 'full cap template' for sorcs is currently possible on uth2 because...
- items are not as OP as they are on live (hello 1.65)
- no all-focus on staffs available (hello 1.65)
- SI & therefore SI drops not implemented (yet)

plus you have to define what exactly you mean by 'full cap template'...
- do you want to have +11 matter for less DoT variance?
- do you want to have +mind for less charm resists?
- is capping +strength important to you or is +50 sufficient? or you think you won't need any +str at all?
- is quickness important to you (for faster melee-hit interrupt :roll: )?
