Looking at the Nixian's char planner I see Charge listed for Blademasters and Mercs. Did Zerkers not have that back in 1.65? Isn't that part of being a light tank?

Also, there's like 5 levels of Determination listed and no Stoicism (which i guess came later?). So what amount of CC reduction does each level of Det give?

Also, was 1.65 before or after the infamous LA nerf?

1.62 was the infamous LA nerf patch, so yup, LA nerftastic. Or some would say 'fixed'
