AF buff worthless

i use lvl 31 shield who suppose to give +41 AF

I use lvl 99% lvl 51 armor (af 102)

When i cast shield i go from 553 to 559 in af (iam lvl 47) so a lvl 31 spec buff giving 6 points of AF sucks :?

Hmm could seem like the AF buff is working like the base line AF and not like a spec AF buff.. Maybe talk with the GM's about that?

This is intended behaviour. It is indeed a base af buff.

Yes..all it does is max your base AF. So basically it's like you are wearing 100% qual gear.
