Between 75 Str (first template) and 67 Str (second template), the difference might be insignificant on a weak class in melee like the Bard, but the additional Quickness may also help evading even when holding an instrument, and the faster attacks could help landing more offensive procs or more utility styles.

I'm quite happy with it since it's a cheap 99% template without loots that can be improved into a mid-price template to cap everything but Heat, with MP instruments and shield/weapon. I really don't care much about Heat since I encountered only one Fire Wizzard in hundreds of hours of solo RVR so far. Hope fire procs won't get too popular though. :<

The Strength and Quickness won't turn a bard into a berserker, but they are still welcome since I want to run solo and go into melee when I can, and quickness is a defensive attribute too so I wanted it maxed even when holding an instrument.
