47 for better aoe insta mezz. The radius is doubled. Mezzing will be your primary function, if you want to heal roll a Druid.

I was 37 music / 33 regrowth / 43 nurture in original DAOC 1.65 / SI, and thats works fine with my optimized fixed group, one of the best of Hib/Broc (FR) at this time
But i had a fixed group, where every one knows his job and were 100% aware.

On Uthgrad i'm still not sure if i'm going again 37/33 or 47/16 since i have no fixed group and not even optimized group ^^
Also, people had learn to play and spread a bit more than in 2003, but there is still no resist on mez except RA so having only 37 is still working, dépending on how you inc on your targets.

33 regrowth not only giving beter single heal, but the spécialized group heal is even more important !

47 music 43 nurt 10 blades rest heals is my spec.. side snare OP. Cant trust these damn hero/bm to always have the peels!.. plus its satisfying to side step and snare someone on you.. high skill cap spec!

In general:

the 37 music 33 reg spec is better for small mans, keep defense / attack, and pve

the 47 music spec is better for open field combat, especially 8vs8



While I prefer the open field 8vs8, so I'm going 47 music for the higher radius and less chance of resist insta, I don't blame anyone for wanting the extra flexibility from 37 music. The 37 music spec was especially good in NF when you had RAs to up the level of spells (for resists), and when opening CC didn't mean much due to SOS and purge 3. I found in OF (and thus on Uthgard) that I never find myself healing unless I'm at a keep or in a small man. so I get more out of 47 music.

Doesn't confuse work on theurgist pets? Surely 48 Music, 43 nurture, 10 blades rest regrowth would be better then for the last confuse.

any level confuse will kill, the only thing 48 would do it lower resists, but since you are going vs a lower con pet, that's not an issue with either spec really.
