Only casters have a base-chance to crit on their spells and some other may have a RA to "unlock" a crit-chance. But no chance for champs. So you have a chance to double the debuffeffect/s, thats pretty nasty Snare DD should also be possible to crit but it will "only" increase the duration(sure) of the snare but not the value a enemy is snared(not 100% sure) i think.
