How bad is lvl12 pet(AF pet) needed?

So i'm gonna do 44Nurt for red S/C, but can't decide Reg and Nat.

31Reg 8Nat : 75% insta single heal, lvl7 pet
vs
30Reg 4Nat : 55% insta single heal, lvl12 pet(AF pet)

I was actually thinking about the first one, but saw many ppl in forum that say AF pet is pretty good.
Does it worth giving up 20% effect of insta single heal?
