hello
I found the two npc's and none want to talk to me. Are epic quests no longer working on this server?
Below is the text of the quest.
(step #6) Speak with The Crone or The Old. No directions or locales were specified, but they must be known by many.

Go check out Magmell. There should be a tracker there. Talk to him (I believe you need to whisper/say something). Only then will the Old and/or the Crone respond.

Journal says you should talk to the Old or the Crone. Neither are named but
the Old is Merle the Old and the Crone is Maeve the Crone. Merle is behind
Howth on a hill and that quest is Merle's Informant. You must complete
Merle’s Informant before talking to Maeve. Maeve the Crone is between Ardee
and the mudman spot in a hut. Maeve will respond, but if you’re less than
level 20 at this point, she’ll ask you to return when you are stronger.

Official hint (from Camelot Herald):
Remember to wear Fagan's Signet!!

Thats the tracker after the news stand. Where you enter Lough Gur on your horse.
