I've read the threads here, and they're good at describing what's not working, but what IS actually happening on Uthgard today in pet resists is clear as mud.

I'm looking at a 46+11+RR light build. Is that going to be enough reliably hold a level 50- yellow pet? I'm not (at this time) worried about ojs, reds, how well a minstrel does it... I just want to be able to hold n at-level pet without fretting that its going to turn on me, at least not without an insane streak of bad luck.

And if it's not enough, is that blue? Green? Is it going to be high enough to even be noticed in combat? I just want to play a damn game, not roll on a test server on a different game to answer what should be a basic question.

No problem to hold a lvl 50 pet with that build, even a lvl 51 pet is fine once you're 5L+

Are you sure about that? I have a light ment 45+13 and frequently get multiple resists in a row on L42 pets.

Yah at 49 with 45+12 light i couldnt hold level 49 pet. Very discouraging.

RR8L0 46+18 light I can charm lvl 52 comfortably.
