Hi !

I'm trying to complete the quest "Cad Goddeau A", the lvl 16 epic quest of the valewalker)

I've killed the Blademaster and talked to the Old Hermit. He gave me some XP and a nice necklace but the quest isn't finished. I'm supposed to tell him "fulfill the vows", and that trigger a window where he's saying "Return to me when you're more experienced", but nothing happen after that.

Can't find any information on the Internet about that. Anyone completed that quest ? ^^

I think you need to be lvl 20 for next part.

Yup, that's the end of part A. Talk to him again when you are level 20 or higher.

I was looking for an hour yesterday as well. He is just south of the tree. Might have been bugged yesterday, but someone killed him then he respawned 20 seconds later.

I kill the blademaster. I go back to old hermit. But nothing happens ?!

In my quest journal I'm always to talk with the chief neasan, I gave him the flower pot, he say : I have to prove my strength but Nothing happens when I click on it

I cant seem to find the Blademaster where is his location? Allakhazam said he should be in Valley of Bri Leith but I can't seem to find him.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could drop a clue as to where the Old Hermit and Blademaster are located at...even just a general area to look for them in. All of the info I find online is for after patch 1.75C where they changed their location and they, of course, are not at that "new" location. The Quest Journal entry is:

[Step #3] Defeat the Blademaster to awaken the Old Hermit.

As you can see, not very helpful. It's great that I know what to do, quest writer, but how about telling me where to do it at?

I'll check tonight before telling any crap but i'm pretty sure i found them nearby Innis Carthaig, i'll confirm tonight.

He is in the same forest like the old hermit, really nearby. You ride through it, iirc it's the last forest before Innis C.

A couple of people in game were nice enough to let me know the location to look is just north of Innis in the trees. Hopefully this will help someone else in the future as it helped me.
