I want to play Daoc, but i have problems.After downloading all 6 expansions and engines upgrades(the 14 days free trial that includes Shrouded Isles, Trials of Atlantis, Foundations,New Frontiers,Catacombs and Darkness Rising), i still can't play on servers. From how much i read on forums i still could not find the answer to solve my problem. So i ask you guys to help me, because i'm new in "this world".Now here is what i need help for:
1) First, of course i have to download the 14 days free trial(that includes shrouded isles). But now what ... Should i download catacombs(does catacombs includes trials of atlantis)? So i'm just asking you to give me a link where i can download the expansions and in what order should i install them(and the links with the engines upgrades are too, please). Or just tell me what to download( is hard for me to tell what because on the official Daoc website if i go for example to download trials of atlantis or catacombs it gives me more options, so here is how it looks:

And the same with catacombs, it tells me if i have the 14 days free trial .. or if i have the platinum edition, and it's kinda' dizzy. All this thing, well i just don't know what to do. Please tell me what to download!

I want to play Daoc too !

2) Let's say you have helped me with the first step, now tell me what patch to install in order to play on Uthgard.

3) i already have the freeshard server browser, so i won't be a problem to enter the game ...

If is something i forgot please tell me. Just tell me how can i play the game. I'm very that i can't play it now. This is a "must have" for me because i like the medieval time( the heroes and monsters)

You need DOLLoader 1.77+. You should read the english support forums, to get it.

This one, for example:

It contains the launcher, the path, you have to install it to, and the last lines, you have to edit.

And for the installation part...that depends on your system power see the Download section of http://daoc.goa.com/en/:

- For slow systems, stick with Trials of Atlantis.
- For medium systems, get Catacombs.

Get the launcher, then start Camelot.exe to update.

- For high systems, you might want to consider Darkness Rising.

You first have to install Catacombs (see above), though.

Now i'm a happy person , but still the game doesn't works, here's the deal :

1) Tell me... im new to this world of mmorpg, and i want to know something very important for me. An example is in FPS; if i want to play on a server that has a map that i don't have it, in will download it automatically, and after it will be downloaded i will have the map and i will be able to play on the server i want .Though, i don't think this is likley to happen in a mmorpg(Daoc).... For example in uthgard are players that don't have all the expansions... i mean some have only Shrouded Isles, other Trials of Atlantis, others have Catacombs and others Darkness Rising... so are those expansions optional( a player that has another expansion than others , can still play on uthgard?). I understand that some expansions larger the realm ... how can it be possible po play with others in this way if i don't have the game larger like them ... what will happen when they will go in an area that i don't have, will they teleport or what ? The thing is Can i play on Uthgard if i have Shrouded Isles, only?? please answer

2) I got the new dolloader and it shows me the server in the list, but now is another problem, after i type in am account username and password and i join a game it shows me a kinnda welcome-loading screen where it says:

It's the same here - when you don't have a map you can't go there. I think your game crashes when you try it anyway. If you only have Shrouded Isles installed you can still play on Uthgard. However, you shouldn't try to enter any special events since they often are held in other areas that are normally not accessible. You probably should upgrade to Trials of Atlantis to get those. But you are right: not all players have Darkness Rising yet.

Are you sure you downloaded DOLLoader 1.77+. (This loader actually doesn't have a server list...so I think you are using a different loader.) If not try this link. If you already have that version you probably made a mistake when editing your connect.bat.

BTW: You don't have to post the same question multiple times. You won't get you answer any faster...so del'ed duplicate post.

Btw, ive tried to install ToA on a Friends PC, and when it was ready, and i started the game, a new window appeared: No rendner creation, or something like that.

Any idea, what he has to do?

...indicates problems with the video card. Try updating DirectX and/or grahpics driver.
