What are bouty points, i see them in my satus window below my realm rank and im not quite sure what they are, are for or are from?

You get Bounty Points by killing enemy players - just like your Realm Point experience. At the moment there is no use for them yet. There are plans to use them e.g. for upgrading keeps or buying guards in RvR.
