I am having problems getting the server to remember my characters.

Everytime I come back I have to create new characters all the time.

Possible reasons:
    1. Are you following the naming rules? - Violating characters are deleted without notice.
    2. Are you using the same account name for connecting? - Characters are account-based not computer-based.
    3. Are you using an easy to guess account/password combination? Does someone else have access to your computer? - Someone might be getting into your account and delete your characters for fun.
(Please forgive me if these questions are too silly.)
