Hey, i'm having the same problem as the last 2 topics, i can connect, make a character but when i click play the screen goes black and i can only hear the sound. after awhile i get an error and the game shutsdown. it's defenitly not my graphics card i play tougher games. Can anyone help me please?

Did you deactivate the Tutorial?
EDIT: You have to deactivate it. You can only deactivate the Tutorial when you create a new Character in the creation screen. |

Are you possibly behind a hardware or software firewall which could be blocking required ports? If so, try disabling it before connecting again. When this works you know that you'll have to change your port configuration...

but it's still not the right solution;; there is a post where a guy had the same problem and it got solved but he didn't post how he did it  Does he still play this server |
